Woods 50003WD 7-Day Mechanical Vacation Timer, Indoor, 2-Conductor

The Woods 50003WD is an indoor mechanical vacation timer designed to automatically turn lamps, fans, holiday lighting, and other 2-conductor appliances on and off at random intervals throughout the day. This security timer creates the appearance that someone is home by cycling lights on and off twice daily at unpredictable times, helping to deter theft and break-ins while you are away on vacation or extended trips.

Simply set the current time, plug in your device, and turn on the timer—no complicated programming required. The unit comes pre-programmed with a 7-day cycle that repeats weekly, so your home's lighting pattern changes naturally from day to day. A convenient manual override button allows you to suspend timer operation at any time, switching your plugged-in device to standard outlet control whenever you need manual operation.
