Gardner Bender Wire Aide is a non-conductive, non-corrosive wax-based lubricant formulated to make pulling wire through conduit, raceways, and BX cable easier. The heavy cream-like paste slides on smoothly and clings throughout the pull, offering excellent abrasion protection. This modified wax formula dries to a slippery film that eases wire movement while guarding wire insulation and conduit from scuffing and damage.

Wire Aide is non-toxic, will not stain skin, clothing, or construction trim, and cleans up easily with soap and hot water. The convenient squeeze bottle lets you apply just the right amount without waste or over-application, and the generous 1-quart size means fewer refills on larger jobs. It repels water to some extent and remains stable through normal temperature extremes and freeze-thaw cycles without drying out in the container.
