Diablo DHS4BITII Hole Saw Pilot Drill Bit, 1/4-In. Hex Shank, HSS

The Diablo DHS4BITII is a high-speed steel pilot drill bit designed to work with Diablo Snap-Lock hole saw mandrels. This precision-engineered bit creates accurate starter holes that guide your hole saw and reduce wandering, ensuring clean, centered cuts every time. A quality pilot bit minimizes strain on your hole saw, extending blade life and delivering faster, smoother operation across wood, metal, and plastic.

The 1/4-inch hex shank provides a secure, slip-free connection to compatible hole saw arbors, eliminating wobble and guaranteeing maximum torque transfer for consistent results. High-speed steel construction resists wear, heat, and corrosion, making this bit reliable for repeated professional and DIY use in demanding shop environments.
